See If You can

See if you can really feel the roughness of grass underfoot.

And the sting of sun on skin.

See if you can look deeply into the eyes of a child, cheeks wet with tears, and hold their gaze; making space for their pain and fear.

See if you can dive beneath a wave, pressure in your ears.

Cool water sliding over skin.

And then listen to the cacophony of a wave ending its time.

Can you do that?

Now, see if you can do one of these things, paying attention to the nuance of each experience, and at the same time,

Worry about money.
