Last time I was in the Solomon Islands, I went to a remote island and camped on it for a night. We ate lobsters and fish cooked on the fire, freshly caught, slept under a tarp and all night kept one eye open in case a storm came through. They came through all night, but luckily not one of them came directly overhead. I took a photo of one of the squalls that missed us, and hit the islands further to the south east. As someone who lives in Northern NSW, it was an odd experience to see all that rain and darkness, and still be very warm and dry. PS We had hermit crabs climbing all over us all night!
