As a surfer there is something that happens when you see a wave running down a headland. I’ve taken some liberties with these paintings. It’s a combination of a great spot and an idyllic wave. Clean warm water, framed by Casuarinas. What’s the point of painting if you can’t occasionally paint a dream.
