I’ve heard seagulls described as flying rats. There is only one thing that I have to say about that - they can do something effortlessly that we only dream about. If you look closely at these “flying rats”, you’ll find magic. Every flicker of a feather as it balances on the wind, every twitch of muscle, as it adjusts, and every flash of light that bounces off its plumage. Most of us when we think about flying, we think about flying over land. But our common seagulls fly over and co-exist with an environment which is mysterious and terrifying to many of us. I just love how life balances on the edges of everything.

We print on the highest quality archival fine art paper produced from world leaders in fine art papers, Hahnemuhle. We have carefully chosen Torchon paper to render the closest reproductions to Mark’s original artwork.
At 285gsm, Torchon is a heavier textured paper with a lovely organic look and crisp bright white appearance, which highlights all the layered detail, and all the glorious colour in Mark’s paintings to best effect.
We print using Canon Pixma Pro-100S, an image printer with an 8-ink dye-based system for vibrant, professional, archival quality in our prints.
Prints come with a white border for ease of framing, and are shipped using archival quality backing boards, archival cellophane and mailers.
